Woodview have looked after our two small dogs for the second year running, I can highly recommend, both dogs were looking healthy and happy on collections, despite the really wet weather its obvious from their appearance they have been well looked after, both have been well groomed and well fed, we also used the airport parking/ drop off service this was excellent value for money, The young lady who met us on drop off clearly had a love for dogs this made leaving our family members easer, from our experience I cannot fault Woodview only recommended, Thank You

This woman is trying to destroy the owners business..I've booked my dog and my friends dog in quite happily after finding out the truth of the situation..the dog came into the kennels most likely with the testicle infection, and the feeding was the instruction of the owner of the dogs miscalculation....I hate injustice, and only hope woodview boarding kennel sue the above reviewer....

Once again Nick has provide me with excellent advice about one of my dogs while booking them in for their second summer vacation. This will be their 5th stay at Woodview in total and I cannot praise Nick and the girls enough for their care and attention to my two dogs.

I spoke to the owner of this business today and booked my Labrador and my friends husky into woodview boarding kennels.I was obviously very concerned about the above review..the gentleman reassured me that this review was totally misleading..the dog did have an infection as confirmed by the vet, but most likely came in with it..this woman is sharing this stuff on Facebook, which is not a true account at all of what happened..I hate injustice so felt compelled to write this review..I think this person is trying to ruin an established business on a confusion on her behalf on what to feed her dogs.I only hope legal action is taken against her by this establishment......

AVOID WOODVIEW BOARDING KENNELS,Cleeve Hill Wrington! Shame I can’t post on there page so pls share! My two dogs were boarded here recently for 9 nights. They are on a raw food diet Which i had given the exact amount for there entire stay...when I picked them up...I was given half there food back!!! My two labs lost so much weight..around 5kg each! The reason for this is,apparently I gave them the wrong instructions 🤔🤔not that THEY GOT IT WRONG! The boss has been a complete joke , cant be at fault for anything! WEll HE IS!! My male lab also had a SEVERE testicle infection this would make sense of a comment I have seen (only since) of them washing the floors with disinfectant ,while the dogs are still in there so not allowing it to dry properly! irritation lead to infection! I was advised by my vet,had we been 2 days later,he would have needed them removed and likely would have turnt into to septicaemia! 2 very bad bacteria’s were found and the likely cause would be very unhygienic conditions (vets words) 2 weeks later he is still on strong antibiotics and lucky to still have his testicles.Nick(the boss there)even told me not to go to vets as I would be wasting my money 🤔and put sudocrem on it! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!they haven’t even seen what was going on down there! Careless! so pls avoid and I’m sure this won’t happen to every dog but this was MY experience!
