I have used this business to purchase energy saving items for a scout hut I am a member of. we have changed to LED lighting - occupancy sensors and fitting tap aerators. All items recommended by low energy supermarket. The water savers alone now use 92% less water! we have seen a dramatic reduction in our electricity bill also

I purchased the same item as the other customer making her complaint. I had the same problems with this company. the products are coming from china and not of any good standard . Having the same problems with the administrator on the phone I complained about her off hand approach . I then found too many people on ebay and amazon have had the same experience. This view is denied by the administrator who is fact the main person of this company . They operate from a house !! and having taken emails to and from this company was a time wasted as far as I am concerned. That's way they inform people you cannot uplift any product . I like others have reported the matter to trading standards review other sites for there performance and avoid if you can buy from a good supplier that you can return goods to without being stressed by this person and company. Main problem is the items are substandard and possible a safety related concern.

Digital temp controller not working BE WELL WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY ... Look at negative reviews in ebay for more details ... Don't trust them to refund your money or answer emails etc.. I agree with the above customer terrible company . they do not care or in every way possible blame the customer.about issues after sale completed. One other issue the item I received does not conform to CE /BS standards as the item is not properly marked . Considered unsafe and a fire hazard without proper accreditation. Perhaps trading standards may consider checking this and other products out.!!! Sales receptionist is aggressive and confrontational. Suggested that I the seller must have tampered with it or done something wrong in recalibration set up . Instruction not worth mentioning poor overall. Reluctant to discuss issue with them again leaving it now to third parties to sort the issue out . I will never deal with them again.... Without quest the company are not recommended and beware of the admin person handling call. too many complaints in there ebay sales and too many reporting problems with electrical items and the attitude of the sales/admin person. Will deal with my complaint via paypal or the obvious other legal route if necessary. If I could give a negative review I would . 1 star is the lowest on this site. Failure of a non BS or CE standard electrical item may result in your insurance not paying out for damages ....check with your insurance company for further advice.

When the digital timer that I bought from this company failed after 5 months, I emailed them to ask about the guarantee. I received no reply so telephoned them. The woman who answered had an appallingly aggressive attitude and was unpleasant and hostile. She did agree to replace the item, however. I posted back the broken one (postage at my expense), and have now received an analogue timer costing much less and without the features of the digi one (which I need - hence my buying it in the first place). Even if they agree to swop it, I'll have another lot of postage to pay and the visit to the Post Office! I would certainly never buy anything else from them.
