Yably is an online platform where users can write and read reviews about companies from different categories. We use various sources to aggregate the reviews from, process the data and calculates an average rating of your company's reputation, to offer users the transparent information they expect.

The rating average is calculated from third-party reviews as well as ratings from users registered on Cylex and Yably. On Yably you will find reviews for the best local service providers, such as locksmiths, hairdressers, mechanics, plumbers, doctors and many more. But that’s just a glimpse into our list. We have ratings and reviews about companies from more than 1000 business categories.

How Yably works

We make sure everything remains simple, honest and transparent. Therefore, to write a review on Yably, it is necessary to register or log in with a social account (Facebook, Google) or to register directly on our platform. That’s how we can ensure that the reviews come from trusted sources and not from anonymous users.

 

Since there are two sides of the same coin, companies can respond to reviews, to ensure that users get all the information they need before making a decision.

 

We also advise companies with bad reviews to contact users and solve the problem amicably. We believe that for a company that’s present online, you can’t stop users from writing reviews. But you can deal with them. Nobody wants to have a bad evaluation, but sometimes it happens.
