Yably is an online platform where users can read and write reviews about businesses from various categories. Furthermore, Yably gathers, processes and displays an average of ratings from various sources to give users optimal information.
The ratings are an average calculated from the ratings gathered from third party sources as well as those of Cylex's and Yably's registered users.
On Yably you can find reviews and ratings for the best local service providers, like locksmiths, hairdressers, mechanics, plumbers, doctors, etc. And that's just a small part of our list. We have reviews and ratings on businesses from over 1000 categories.

We always thrive to keep things simple, honest and transparent. This is why, writing a review on Yably requires registration or logging in with a social account (Facebook, Google+) because this way we can make sure every review is from a trusted source, instead of anonymous users. Since there are always two sides to every story, companies can respond to reviews, helping to make sure that users get all the information they need when making a decision.
We also encourage companies with negative reviews to try and talk with the users and solve the problem amicably. We believe that by having a business online you can't stop people from writing reviews. The only thing you can do is to is try to deal with them.
